This course covers the hands-on skills necessary for help desk support technicians, desktop support technicians, or field service technicians who install, manage, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software. The course prepares your students for the CompTIA A+ Core 1 (220-1101) and A+ Core 2 (220-1102) certification exams.
Topics include installing, configuring, and maintaining computer equipment, mobile devices, and software for end users. The course also covers networking basics, cybersecurity methods, mitigating threats, basic scripting, virtualization and cloud technologies, and troubleshooting skills.
